  1. Claudia: The (AI) woman of your dreams

Reddit users are admiring and even paying for AI-generated photos of a supposed 19-year-old woman named Claudia. Some have pointed out that Claudia is not real and is in fact an AI creation. Claudia was created by two anonymous computer science students who started the account as a joke after reading about a man who made money selling photos of real women. These rules are the first of their kind in China and are set to take effect later this year, along with their existing data protection and algorithm development rules.

And get this - Elon Musk, the same guy who signed an open letter calling for a pause on AI development, just bought 10,000 GPUs for Twitter's data center. Looks like he's committed to the cause! While it's unclear exactly what Twitter plans to do with this new AI, rumor has it that it could improve search or help the company rebuild its advertising business.
